In 2009, the city of Overland Park unveiled
its 96-acre soccer complex, featuring twelve
state-of-the-art fields and multiple other amenities.
The entrance to the complex is marked by
a cylindrical pylon, standing 32' in height and
utilizing the same variation of children's silhouettes
that appear throughout the area. These figures lent
a playful, yet modern feel, while representing the
range in age of the children that would be occupying
the complex.
Vehicular signage was designed and placed to guide
visitors to their destination in an efficient and easy
to understand manner. Upon entry, you'll also notice
a windmill to the left, leading to the adjoining
Deanna Rose Farmstead.
